Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Review the relevant documentation on each chart, including notes, orders, referrals, history and physical summaries.
  • Read the patient's history.
  • Message clinicians regarding major errors for them to address.
  • Hybrid setting.
  • Annual Increase.
