Senior In-Charge Auditor (Australian opportunity)

We are seeking experienced Senior In-Charge External Audit professionals based in the Philippines to support our Australian clients. This contract offers valuable international exposure, collaboration with a diverse global team, and experience across general and commercial industries.

Duration: 6 months, starting May 2025

Industry Exposure: General & Commercial

Required Audit Software: CaseWare experience is mandatory

Required International Experience: Australia

Location: Philippines

Work Setup: Remote

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • CPA qualification (mandatory)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ external audit experience
  • At least 2 years leading audit engagements end-to-end
  • Proficient in planning budgets and managing audit resources
  • Experience in reviewing and signing off work papers
  • CaseWare expertise is essential
  • Prior audit experience with Australian clients is required
  • Strong working knowledge of IFRS
Role Responsibilities
  • Provides timely, high-quality deliverables covering complex sections while overseeing fieldwork, coordinating deliverables from multiple team members.
  • Demonstrates deep knowledge of systems and methodology; educates and redirects team members.
  • Leads the team through the engagement, preparing financial statements, disclosures, and reportable conditions letters, focusing on quality and accuracy.
  • Monitors productivity, budgets, and ensures adherence to work plans.
