About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and creative content editor to bring our founder's vision to life. If you can develop initial concepts into polished and engaging content, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do:

- Edit and splice raw video content (15s / 30s / 60s) from affiliates to create diverse, engaging short-form videos (e.g., transforming one long video into multiple shorter, distinct pieces).

- Add accurate subtitles and on-screen text following our template.

- Apply provided brand and visual guidelines (fonts, pacing, cuts, hooks).

- Deliver files named correctly and uploaded to our Drive by agreed deadlines.

- Develop creative concepts for video repurposing across various social media platforms.

- Integrate and source captivating overlay images to enhance video hooks and increase engagement.

- Ensure all video content adheres to the specific policies and guidelines of each social media platform.

- Stay informed about current social media trends and video best practices related to the brand to maximize reach and engagement.

- Estimated target: 10 edited video shorts produced per day.

- Have a deep understanding of social media platforms and their content best practices, including specific posting guidelines for each platform.

- Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.

Compensation & Schedule

- Part Time: 4 hrs/day, 5 days/week (9 AM - 1 PM EST)

- Salary: 600 USD/month

- Trial: 30-day paid trial with clear, achievable targets to convert to full-time.
