Finance Controller

• Primarily responsible for the over-all administration of Finance specifically responsible for the efficient administration of financial and fiscal aspects of the company.

• Responsible in the management of money position, auditing functions and controllership and loss prevention management.

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy with continuous professional education

• Certified Public Accountant

• Training on Project Management

• Knowledge on Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS), Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS)

• Training on budget and cost control

• At least 8 years of experience in senior management capacity in accounting, budgeting, cost control principle, including generally accepted accounting principles

• Allocates adequate supply of capital to each business activity of the company.

• Monitors and analyze cash flow.

• Ratifies plans for long-term capital financing required by each business units.

• Reviews feasibility studies for projects needing large outlay of funds.

• Recommends and execute approved budget.

• Corroborate credit terms and manner of collections.

• Formulates procedures on proper safekeeping of daily collections.

• Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and position control documents, department budgets, mass salary updates, ledger, and account maintenance and data entry security at all times.

• Conducts audits on safety and security, loss prevention, risk management and accountability implementations.

• Audits/monitors losses and pilferages among business units.

• Identifies possible risks base on results of Audits.

• Recommends loss prevention system base results of audit.

• Conducts investigations on losses and pilferages.

• Supports Chief Finance Officer (CFO) in strategic financial management, risk assessment and risk management of the enterprise.

• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

• Management of money position

• Timely and complete reports, transactions, analysis of financial statements

2. Accounting and Financial Reporting

• Monthly financial report for functional teams in the enterprise

• Monthly recommendation of financial Initiatives of functional teams in the enterprise

3. Loss Prevention Management

• Ensured low financial risk

• Prompt resolution and escalation of financial risk

• Maximized company assets *targets will be based on the approve strategic plan for the year
