Job Summary

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Web Designer to help bring our brand to life online. You'll play a key role in designing visually compelling, user-friendly web pages that reflect our values and drive conversions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design modern, responsive landing pages, sales funnels, and dashboards using brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and content teams to align user experience with campaign goals.
  • Design and update visual assets for websites, email layouts, and social media.
  • Ensure design consistency across desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Translate briefs, wireframes, and data insights into effective visual layouts.
  • Optimize design for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
Who We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years experience in web design or UI/UX design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating website, landing page, and brand design.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Canva Pro, or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (not required).
  • Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms.
  • Passionate about design, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills and team player mindset.

Bonus: Experience working with purpose-driven brands or startups.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with e-commerce development.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
