About the Role

In this Paraplanner position, you'll be the strategic partner behind our brokers—combining your analytical skills and mortgage knowledge to create tailored, compliant, and client-centered loan recommendations. You'll collaborate closely with brokers and support staff, help streamline the loan process, and make sure each client receives timely, accurate, and personalized financial advice. What You'll Be Doing

  • Research mortgage products, rates, and lender policies to prepare tailored loan recommendations.
  • Review and prepare loan submission packages, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with lender and regulatory standards.
  • Analyze clients' financial data to support effective loan structuring and decision-making.
  • Stay updated on Australian mortgage regulations, lending products, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate closely with brokers and support teams to streamline processes and enhance the client experience.
  • Assist with follow-ups and provide clear explanations of recommendations to help clients make informed decisions.

 
About You

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar mortgage support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian mortgage and loan products.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient with financial tools and software; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
