We are seeking a skilled Paraplanner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in Australian financial planning/paraplanning and proficiency using financial platforms such as Plutosoft, CRM, Xplan/AdviserLogic/Midwinter, as well as strong Excel/Sheets skills. Essential: Demonstrated experience in Australian financial planning/paraplanning Proficiency using any financial platform such as Plutosoft, CRM, Xplan/AdviserLogic/Midwinter; strong Excel/Sheets Impeccable data accuracy, file notes, and record-keeping Team player: proactive, comfortable making calls, deadline/KPI-reliable Nice to have: RG146 (preferred, not required) Excellent written English The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting audit-ready SOAs/ROAs, turning strategy into client-friendly narratives, calling providers to verify fees/features, comparing platforms, and collaborating with teammates. Craft audit-ready SOAs/ROAs with accurate, traceable calculations Turn strategy into client-friendly narratives that meet AU compliance and disclosure standards Call providers to verify fees/features and capture disclosures precisely Compare platforms; document fee/feature/performance rationale Collaborate across advice and operations; step in to help teammates and close loops Maintain templates/SOPs to lift first-pass rate and reduce TAT ConnectOS is certified as a Great Place to Work and is a top-rated Philippines employer of choice.
