We are seeking an experienced and qualified Financial Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management with proven experience in Australia. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, providing strategic financial guidance, and leading a team to ensure compliance and reporting standards are met. This position reports directly to the CFO based in Australia and requires excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Hybrid (3x Onsite, 2x WFH) | Ortigas, Pasig Dayshift (Australian working hours) Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations , including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Establish financial systems and processes for the group, including NetSuite integrations with acquired clinics' practice management software. Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and tax regulations. Prepare financial statements and management reports , delivering key insights to senior management and the CFO. Lead the finance team , fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Provide financial analysis and guidance on company performance and business decisions. Manage audits, tax filings, and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Monitor internal controls and implement improvements as necessary. Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize financial operations and reporting accuracy. Establish and oversee clinic monthly reporting processes. Manage doctor disbursement calculations, payments, and reporting . Oversee payroll processing and reporting , including employee onboarding for payroll, personal data, and opening balances. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly finance tasks , such as bank reconciliations, expense coding, supplier payments, accounts receivable collection, and financial reporting . Set up bank accounts and EFTPOS terminals for new clinic openings in collaboration with ADTY. Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of financial goals and strategies. Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies to support the company’s long-term goals. Key Requirements ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified , with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role. Strong experience in Australian financial regulations , accounting standards, and tax laws. Proven ability to establish financial systems and processes , including software integrations. Excellent leadership and team management skills , with the ability to motivate and guide a finance team. Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach. Proficient in NetSuite financial software and advanced Excel skills . Experience in payroll processing, reporting, and employee onboarding . Strong knowledge of clinic financial reporting and doctor disbursement calculations . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. #J-18808-Ljbffr
