  1. Assemble machines electrical / mechanical systems according to engineering data and knowledge of electrical principles.
  2. Provide technical assistance and resolution when electrical or engineering problems are encountered before, during, and after construction of projects.
  3. Build, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, or repair mechanical/electrical instruments or testing equipment.
  4. Assist in evaluating engineering proposals, shop drawings and design comments for sound mechanical/electrical engineering practice and conformance with established safety and design criteria, and recommend approval or disapproval.
  5. Prepare project cost or work-time estimates.
  6. Prepares monthly reports, analyses data, and makes recommendations for improving electrical machinery or equipment operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
  7. Collaborate with maintenance staff to identify, define, or solve developmental problems.
  8. Assist in the operational improvements; routine technical surveys, inspections and audits.
  9. Write commissioning and maintenance procedures for facilities or production equipment and machine's electrical installations and operation.
  10. Analyse and interpret test information to resolve design-related problems.
  11. Plan, schedule and monitor work of support personnel or contractors to assist supervisor.
  12. Communicates regularly with all maintenance technicians, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues.
  13. Prepare and keep designs and plans in accordance with established codes, standards and specifications.
  14. Assist on monitoring regularly operation of facilities equipment and systems.
  15. Support and carries out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.
  16. Inspect and monitor work areas, tools, equipment, and provide employee safety training to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules.
  17. Compile maintenance or daily records and make statistical data in promoting, such as time, preventive data, repair or maintenance statistics, or test results.
