Job Role:

The Voice Agent will investigate who is responsible for utility usage at specific properties, inquire and connect with previous tenants, property managers, real estate agents, or owners to identify the correct party, collect and verify necessary information to ensure proper accountability for utility consumption and determine the next steps, such as establishing utility accounts or making decisions like disconnection, to reach a resolution.

Job Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with utility service providers is preferred.
  • Strong investigative skills and the ability to ask the right questions.
  • Proven experience in Sales or Customer Service handling Energy Account.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • AU background is an advantage.
