Overview of the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, your responsibility is to ensure that all clients get best-in-class support, by addressing their concerns correctly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer and technical support through multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Own resolution of tickets at various stages of completion
  • Proactively identify repetitive issues or requests that are not resolved to the client's satisfaction and escalate issues as needed
  • Collate and analyze product feedback and share recommendations to relevant internal stakeholders to help improve customer experience
  • Update internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of relevant customer service experience using multiple channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with the blockchain industry and cryptocurrency is an advantage
  • Has the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels
  • Willing to work on-site in Bacoor, Cavite
