About the role

Techcare Electronics Service Center is seeking a dedicated and reliable Rider to join our team in Bacoor, Cavite. As a Rider, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of home services, including checking, repairing, and installing air conditioning and refrigeration appliances at our customers' locations. This is a full-time role that offers competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.

What you'll be doing

Safely transporting air conditioning and refrigeration units to customer sites

Assisting with the installation and maintenance of equipment as needed

Maintaining a clean and well-organised vehicle to ensure the safe transport of equipment

Providing excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients and responding promptly to their needs

Keeping accurate records of deliveries and any issues encountered

Adhering to all company policies and safety protocols

What we're looking for

A valid driver's licence with a clean driving record

Experience in the air conditioning or refrigeration industry, or a willingness to learn

Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients

Attention to detail and a commitment to safety

A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to collaborate with colleague
