About the Role

We are seeking a highly proactive and organized Operations Manager to streamline day-to-day business operations, enhance internal processes, and support the delivery of marketing and client-facing activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes initiative, and enjoys improving operational efficiency while supporting the business owner's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Administration (Primary Priority)

  • Oversee daily operational workflows, ensuring smooth scheduling, communication, and coordination.
  • Manage email communications, meeting coordination, and digital tools (Brevo, Calendly, virtual meeting platforms).
  • Maintain organized documentation, processes, and internal systems across the business.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance operational performance.
  • Support the business owner in building and strengthening scalable business infrastructure.
  • Ensure clear communication flow across clients, stakeholders, and internal team members.

2. Marketing Operations Support

  • Oversee scheduling and execution of marketing activities such as LinkedIn posts, blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns (via Brevo).
  • Coordinate marketing output to ensure consistency, timeliness, and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with the business owner to maintain a predictable marketing workflow and calendar.

3. Content Coordination & Contribution

  • Contribute to or manage the creation of content for marketing and communications.
  • Support the preparation of training materials as needed.
  • Offer ideas that improve brand visibility, client engagement, and communication effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong operational, administrative, and organizational skills.
  • Experience using Brevo, Calendly, and virtual meeting platforms (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create or support creation of marketing content.
  • Strong initiative, independence, and self-management.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and improve inefficiencies.
  • Curious, growth-oriented, and comfortable in a role that evolves over time.
  • Proactive and confident in asking questions, seeking clarity, and taking ownership.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Increased efficiency and consistency in operational workflows.
  • Timely management of scheduling, communication, and follow-ups with clients and stakeholders.
  • Consistent delivery of marketing content (LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns).
  • Accuracy and quality of content created or supported.
  • Demonstrated improvements to operational systems and processes.
  • High reliability, responsiveness, and proactive communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php69,000.00 per month
