About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Specialist to join our team at Business Trends Philippines, a leading provider of healthcare and diagnostic solutions. In this full-time role based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our presence in the healthcare and diagnostics market.

What you'll be doing

1.) Develops and execute sales strategy collectively with distributors in Philippines to support sustainable growth objectives

2.) Strengthen relationships with existing channel partners and identify, on board, and manage new partners to broaden market coverage.

3.) Collaborate with channel partners to identify new business opportunities, drive joint marketing initiatives, and ensure effective execution of sales programs.

4.) Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

5.) Collaborate through customer operations teams and cross functional group to maximize the technical, commercial and operation support extending to our distributors

6.) Ensure timely resolution of customer and partner issues to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty.

7.) Ensure distributor compliances to adhere closely to all internal and external requirements

What we're looking for

1.) Education – Degree in Science and preferably with business qualification

2.) Experience – Minimum of 3 years commercial management experience in Healthcare/Diagnostics (preferably in IVD); distributor management experience a plus

  1. Required Skill – Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics in the Philippines market.

4.) Ability to demonstrate top-tier business development and distributor handling skills. Illustrate strong presentation, communication and be able to make strategic influences.

5.) Possess strong language proficiency in English.

6.) Preferred Skills – Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, adjust business strategies accordingly and liaise with other functional and operational area managers to ensure that business strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with overall SEA objectives.
