Are you a passionate and experienced Chinese Head Chef looking to lead a dynamic kitchen team? We are opening an authentic Chinese restaurant in the heart of Guiguinto, Bulacan and are looking for a skilled culinary leader to head our kitchen

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the kitchen operations for Chinese cuisine
  • Design and develop authentic Chinese menus (Cantonese, Szechuan, etc.)
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff
  • Oversee inventory, food costs, and kitchen hygiene
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and kitchen safety

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef specializing in Chinese cuisine
  • Strong knowledge of traditional Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent time management and organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to relocate or already based in or near Bulacan
