About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chinese Head Chef to join our team at Trancendental Relection Restaurant Group in Guiguinto Bulacan. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our customers. What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute the restaurant's menu, incorporating innovative and high-quality dishes
  • Manage and mentor a team of talented chefs, ensuring consistent food preparation and presentation
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and cost control
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen
  • Collaborate with the management team to enhance the overall dining experience
  • Participate in menu planning, testing, and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment in the kitchen

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary role within the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team and delivering high-quality food
  • Strong understanding of food preparation, presentation, and cost control
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for creating innovative and delectable dishes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to develop and inspire your team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
