Position: Full-Time

We are looking for a Chinese Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and assist in delivering high-quality, authentic Chinese cuisine in a soon-to-open restaurant in Guiguinto, Bulacan. If you're passionate about Chinese food and ready to grow your culinary career, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Prepare, cook, and present Chinese dishes with consistency and flair
  • Assist in menu development and food preparation planning
  • Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene standards
  • Help manage kitchen inventory and control food costs

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Line Cook in a Chinese kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of authentic Chinese cooking techniques (e.g., stir-frying, steaming, roasting)
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
  • Willing to work in Guiguinto, Bulacan
