We're Hiring: Full-Time Admin Assistant with Marketing Experience

Are you organized, people-oriented, and skilled in marketing? Do you want to grow your career with one of the top-rated private resorts in Pansol, Calamba, Laguna? Casa Primera Resort is looking for a driven Admin Assistant (with marketing experience - and accounting background a big plus).

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with guests, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to the success of a leading resort brand.

What You'll Do

*Be the friendly first point of contact: handle inquiries across email, calls, texts, Messenger, Instagram, Viber, WhatsApp & more.

*Assist guests during ocular visits and ensure every interaction reflects our signature hospitality.

*Help achieve our booking and sales goals by offering our private resorts to potential guests quickly and professionally.

*Post and promote in Pansol resort groups on Facebook; engage with potential clients directly.

*Follow up with potential guests, process reservations & payments, and keep records accurate in our booking system.

*Prepare documents, coordinate guest bookings, and ensure every detail is in place before check-in.

*Submit task reports, attend weekly company meetings, and support accounting tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

*Customer service experience with excellent communication skills

*Polite, reliable, detail-oriented, and a great listener

*Strong sales and marketing mindset

*Computer literate (Google apps, spreadsheets, email, drive)

*Social media savvy (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram)

*Proactive and resourceful problem-solver

*Team player with strong organizational skills

Qualifications

*Graduate in Marketing (experience required)

*Accounting background is a plus

*Willing to work in Pansol, Calamba, Laguna

*6-day work week (5 days at the office + 1 WFH day)

*Can work on weekends & holidays

*Can start ASAP
