  • Quality Assurance:

  • Collaborate with QA/QC to maintain standards and specifications for all plastic parts.

  • Conduct tests and inspections to verify dimensional accuracy and functional performance.

  • Technical Documentation:

  • Prepare and maintain process sheets, work instructions, and technical reports.

  • Document changes in design, materials, or processes for future reference.

  • Cost & Resource Management:

  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.

  • Optimize material usage and minimize waste.
