Production Engineering Division Manager Urgent

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering or any related engineering course, preferably licensed
  • With at least five years of Managerial experience in a manufacturing/assembly company, handling Production/Process Engineering (not Maintenance/Facility Management)
  • With strong knowledge and experience using analytical and problem solving techniques for data analysis, FMEA, programming, machine validation & evaluation
  • Proficient in machine drawing interpretation and analysis including its supporting documents
  • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Solidworks and other related software
  • Have background in PLC programming, automation, AI integration and robotics technology
  • Excellent decision making skills, strong leadership and communication proficiency, both oral and written

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sets key objective to be achieved by the section and establishes detailed business and target.
  • Keep track of the status of all project in his/her section by setting monitoring scheme to achieve timely execution of projects.
  • Prepare budget plans and project progress reports.
  • Evaluate cost effectiveness of new products and localization of various parts.
  • Review validation protocol and results, and create an effective analysis and feedback.
  • Review result of risk management, post production protocols and results, and provide corrective/preventive action plans to address concerns encountered.
  • Develop and/or review proposed and existing procedure to standardize the work that must be done uniformly in order to achieve business plan.
  • Coordinate projects to all affected teams and provide regular updates during Daily Manager's Meeting
