Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Technologist who can seamlessly bridge marketing strategy with technical execution. This role will lead the integration, optimization, and backend architecture of marketing systems to drive performance, boost lead pipelines, and support scalable marketing-to-sales operations—particularly within our banking, lending, and distribution businesses.

You'll be at the intersection of tech, marketing, and data, helping us build smarter campaigns, cleaner integrations, and compliant, secure workflows.

Key Responsibilities Advertising & Search Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
• Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to enhance visibility and lead generation.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and roll out improvements across on-page and off-page elements.

Website & UX

• Design, maintain, and optimize user-friendly, responsive websites (Odoo and/or Webflow).
• Ensure a seamless user journey that drives conversions and supports campaign objectives.
• Integrate landing pages and web forms with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

Automation & Marketing Workflows

• Build and manage workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and audience segmentation.
• Integrate marketing platforms with CRMs and ERPs such as Odoo, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Troubleshoot automation inefficiencies and propose technical solutions.

Market Research & Lead Generation

• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform campaign development.
• Perform keyword research and trend tracking to support SEO, SEM, and content strategies.
• Design and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies (organic, paid, referral).

Data, Analytics & AI

• Set up advanced campaign tracking via UTMs, tracking pixels, and custom dashboards.
• Generate regular reports on campaign KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Use data insights to optimize campaign strategies.
• Implement or collaborate on AI-driven tools for predictive analytics, behavior tracking, and smart lead scoring.

Backend Architecture – Banking & Distribution Software

• Collaborate with development teams to build and maintain backend systems that support marketing efforts in the financial and distribution sectors.
• Ensure seamless and secure data flow between websites, marketing platforms, CRM/ERP, and banking/distribution systems.
• Apply best practices in backend architecture for scalability, performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Implement integrations via APIs to connect digital marketing tools with core operational platforms.
• Maintain alignment with legal and compliance teams to meet the Philippine Data Privacy Act, GDPR, and BSP/SEC guidelines.

Security & Compliance

• Enforce cybersecurity best practices across marketing systems and backend data workflows.
• Work closely with compliance teams to ensure data handling aligns with local and international standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing technologies (SEO, SEM, paid ads, automation).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles for Odoo and/or Webflow environments.
• Experience in CRM/ERP integration (preferably Odoo), and backend architecture in financial systems.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager.
• Working knowledge of data privacy laws, security standards, and campaign compliance in regulated industries.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing automation workflows, integrations, and API-based connections.
• A strategic thinker and proactive problem-solver, comfortable working across departments.
