Location: Manila-based (office in Libis, Quezon City)

Employment type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a licensed and motivated Medical Technologist (MedTech) join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare innovation and are eager to work with cutting-edge medical technologies in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

As a MedTech, you will collaborate closely with management and play a key role in supporting our sales, client education, and technical service functions. You'll be instrumental in ensuring that our clients—ranging from hospitals to clinics—receive expert guidance and reliable support for the devices we distribute.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in serving hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals.
  • Educate clients on the proper usage, benefits, and maintenance of our medical devices.
  • Provide technical after-sales support, including basic device troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Support regulatory activities such as the preparation and submission of product registration requirements with the FDA.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Medical Technologist, preferably with 3-5 years of experience in a medical device distribution company, hospital, or clinic (candidates with less experience are still encouraged to apply).
  • Solid understanding of the technical specifications and functions of medical devices; ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to match product features with client needs and clearly articulate value propositions.
  • Working knowledge of hospital and clinic operations is a strong advantage.
