About the role

As a Multimedia Marketing Specialist at City Garden Hotel Makati, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand's digital presence and driving its marketing initiatives. This full-time position is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, and will involve developing and executing engaging multimedia content to captivate our target audience.

What you'll be doing

  • Conceptualise and create compelling visual content such as graphics, videos, and animations to support the hotel's digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage and update the hotel's social media platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and regular engagement with followers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement innovative digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation
  • Analyse website and social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and multimedia content creation
  • Provide support in other marketing-related tasks as needed

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or multimedia content creation
  • Proficiency in using design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Strong creative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry a plus
