About the role

Zirconia Inc. is seeking a talented Multimedia Artist to join our dynamic team. As a Multimedia Artist, you will play a critical role in creating visually stunning and engaging content for our diverse range of digital and print media projects. This is a full-time position based in our Makati City, Metro Manila office, offering the opportunity to work alongside a team of creative professionals.

What you'll be doing

  • Design and develop high-quality multimedia assets, including graphics, illustrations, animations, and interactive elements for our website, social media, marketing collateral, and other digital platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate creative concepts into visually compelling and on-brand deliverables
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software to continuously enhance the quality and impact of our multimedia content
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design library, ensuring consistency and brand alignment across all projects
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to support the overall marketing and communications strategy

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in multimedia design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in areas such as digital illustration, animation, motion graphics, and interactive design
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and composition
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback to refine your creative work
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Excellent time management and project management skills
