Job description
•Prepare payment request forms, validate suppliers and contractors billing
•SAP PR and GR encoding
•Perform and support in clerical duties such as photocopying, printing and scanning of documents
•Answer phone calls transfer callers to the appropriate party
•Routing and Monitoring of documents for leasing, finance and heads signature
•Monitoring and recording of GH Mall Operations budget 9CAPEX and OPEX
•Answers contractors and suppliers status of billing inquiries
•Arrange meetings and send invites, prepare minutes of the meeting
•Prepares petty cash, cash advance, reimbursement and liquidation
•Prepare and plot monthly schedule of Mall Operations
