Account/Process Trainer

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Account/Process Trainer to join our team in Clark. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in communication, customer service, technical support, and cultural alignment. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical ability, and the drive to develop and enhance the skills of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate training sessions for new hires and existing employees in communication, customer service, technical support, and cultural programs.
Develop, update, and maintain training materials to align with business needs.
Assess trainees’ progress and provide feedback for improvement.
Prepare training reports and documentation using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure training effectiveness.
Apply logical and analytical skills to resolve training-related challenges.
Serve as a role model for excellent customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course.
At least 4 years of total BPO experience, with 2–3 years of experience as a trainer.
Strong background in customer service and/or technical support.
Prior experience in Service Desk or Financial accounts is preferred.
Strong communication and facilitation skills (oral and written).
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, with high energy levels and attention to detail.
Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga with a shifting schedule.
Salary & Benefits:
₱27,000 – ₱40,000 package (depending on experience and skills)
13th Month Pay
