About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Support Associate to join our mortgage operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of home loan files, with a focus on data entry, lender follow-ups, and post-settlement reviews. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Australian mortgage industry within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update client and loan data in CRM and lender platforms.
  • Conduct follow-ups with lenders, and internal teams to gather outstanding information and ensure timely progression of loan files.
  • Complete post-settlement reviews.
  • Assist brokers and processing teams with administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide high-quality support to ensure a positive client experience throughout the loan lifecycle.

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 1yr of experience in the same role within the Australian Mortgage industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; experience with Australian lender platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Team player with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
