Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Training Specialist in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a background in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, with a good understanding of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process. This role involves conducting and facilitating various training activities, assessments, workshops, and other learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
  • Some experience in a Training Specialist or Training Coordinator role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong ability to design, implement, and evaluate training programs.
  • Willingness to work in Tikay, Malolos, Bulacan.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs on pharmaceutical manufacturing and related topics.
  • Conduct workshops, assessments, and other learning initiatives for staff development.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure training aligns with operational needs.
