OVERALL MANDATES

The R&D Specialist is responsible for the execution of product development and improvement processes from the conceptualization stage through laboratory trials, costing, documentation, product and process validation, up to production scale-up. This role ensures that all activities comply with food safety, regulatory, and quality requirements. The specialist focuses on managing projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely product launches and continuous improvements, while controlling costs and maintaining proper documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputable institution; license is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with a technical approach to problem-solving
  • Creative and innovative mindset, enthusiastic about generating and sharing new ideas and concepts
  • Collaborative team player with a strong focus on results and self-motivation
  • Organized and systematic, with excellent time management and project management abilities
  • Proficient in documentation and communication, both written and verbal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
