The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing expert guidance on our broadband services. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our high standards of service.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide first-class customer support via phone, email, and live chat.

  2. Troubleshoot broadband connectivity and technical issues with customers.

  3. Assist customers with billing inquiries, plan upgrades, and account management.

  4. Educate customers about our products and services, helping them find the best

solutions.

  1. Log and track customer interactions using our CRM system.

  2. Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

  3. Ensure customer concerns are resolved efficiently and professionally.

  4. Stay up to date with company policies, promotions, and service improvements.

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in customer service or technical support (preferably in broadband/telecom).

  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  4. A customer-first attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

  5. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

  6. Comfortable using customer support software and CRM tools.

  7. Basic knowledge of broadband services and troubleshooting is a plus.

  8. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings if required.
