Techline Inc. is looking for a

Project Manager

We are a German-Filipino company with business engagements in industrial and renewable energy business. Our Company is located in a world –class industrial subdivision south of Manila with more than 100 employees and has been in the business for more than 25 years.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Contribution to the company's bottom line profit through cost efficient and timely execution of the Company's projects in solar, construction and other special projects by leading, directing and managing the project teams.

· Contribute in the sales generation of the company by providing support to Sales Department including but not limited to

o Technical Support

o Liaising directly with customers and suppliers in the course of project implementation

o As necessary, provide support to sales team in joint sales calls.

· Ensures adherence to budget

· Resolves cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.

· Assist with procurement of materials

· Assist the project team with documenting job progress

· Assist the project team with closeout of the project including helping to create and distribute project closeout material (e.g. O&M manuals)

· Together with the finance and accounting people, determine gross-profit objectives that will enable competitive pricing and in the same manner ensure reasonable return to the company

· Lead, manage and organize construction projects with a high level of professionalism and according to company policies, standard and local legislation.

· Perform other duties related to the business as assigned by the President.

Required Skills and Qualification:

· Graduate of BSCE or BS in Architecture and 5+ years experienced focused on growing existing business or new business

· Must possess deep technical knowledge, scheduling fluency and exceptional organizational skills

· Outstanding negotiation skills

· Ability to plan and execute strong strategies

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php45, ,000 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Biñan City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Project Management: 5 years (Preferred)

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
