Key Responsibilities:

    1. Accurately and promptly manage customer deposit and withdrawal transactions.
    1. Verify and update customer information.
    1. Resolve basic system issues and address customer-related problems.
    1. Coordinate with the Team Leader to report any issues.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online tools.
  • Able to work 12-hour shifts with 2-hour break, 6 days a week (including weekends or holidays if scheduled)
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to adjust work schedules and adapt to changes.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a high workload.
