ABOUT THE ROLE

The Collections Team Head plays a crucial role in guiding and improving the performance of the collections team to ensure the efficient recovery of outstanding debts while adhering to internal policies and regulatory standards. This position requires a proactive and strategic leader who can mentor team members, utilize analytics to enhance collections processes, and contribute to the company's overall goal.
