QA Inspector

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB

· Performs Card Body 100% Inspection and meet target output

· Deliver good quality of cards

· Perform proper scheduling of cards for inspection

· Accurate reporting of cards output

KEY RESULT AREAS / DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Reviews product specifications indicated in the Job Order Pouch and Digital Proof, then seek clarification from immediate head if necessary.

· Conduct 100% cards inspection with correct visual judgement following Inspection Standards and ensure no non-conforming products deliver to next station or to customer.

· Perform testing of cards as required indicated on Final Inspection Quality Plan

· Collect sample card reference

· Determine disposition of inspected cards and report immediately problem encountered or major deviation during inspection to immediate supervisor.

· Perform actual count of cards inspected (Good Cards, Excess Cards & Reject Cards) and records on QC Inspection Report & Job Details.

· Discuss any discrepancy in quantity indicated in Job Summary and Inspection Report and any unresolved issue to immediate head.

· Reports to QA Supervisor for timely feedback on Quality results of final inspection

· Perform actual extraction of reject cards with data in order for the production department to re-process or re-run the rejected cards.

· Encode details of Inspection Report on Job Summary Inspection Folder.

· Daily Monitor Job Status for OPEN and CLOSED jobs.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduate of 4 year Technical course

2. Works in Manufacturing Company

3. At least 6 months experience as Quality Assurance Inspector

4. Able to work on a shifting schedule within a 24 hour work period

5. Preferably residents of Quezon City or is willing to work in Quezon City

Pay: Php695.00 per day

Work Location: In person
