  • Monitor and evaluate patient satisfaction through surveys and feedback.
  • Address and resolve patient concerns, complaints, and service issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth patient experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient-centered care.
  • Prepare reports and recommend service enhancements based on feedback data.
  • Conduct service training and orientation for staff to enhance patient interaction.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling patient concerns.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in customer service, healthcare, or patient relations preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of hospital operations and patient care processes is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
