
Patient Experience Officer

- Monitor and evaluate patient satisfaction through surveys and feedback.
- Address and resolve patient concerns, complaints, and service issues promptly.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth patient experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient-centered care.
- Prepare reports and recommend service enhancements based on feedback data.
- Conduct service training and orientation for staff to enhance patient interaction.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling patient concerns.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in customer service, healthcare, or patient relations preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Knowledge of hospital operations and patient care processes is an advantage.
