Role OverviewAchieve individual Health Solutions growth targets.
Manage and develop key client relationships. Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders on client solutions in the Philippines. Promote Health Solutions across industries and execute cross-selling initiatives.
Identify and develop new business opportunities for Aon in the Philippines. Prospect and acquire new clients, contributing to revenue growth. Manage a portfolio of clients, prospects, marketing events, lead generation, and prospecting.
Client OwnershipDevelop client relationships to drive sales and retention. Collaborate with sales teams to meet client requirements. Operational ExcellenceAccurately input leads and pipelines.
Review client documents and ensure compliance with business development protocols. Skills for SuccessBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields. Minimum 10 years' experience in Business Development, Marketing, or relevant consulting.
Excellent business development, client management, communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills. Fluency in English is essential. Proven ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships.
