Job Set-up and Requirements:

  • Work Mode: Permanent work-from-home setup
  • Location: Open to candidates from any location except the Province of Nueva Ecija, La Union, Laguna, Cebu, Batangas, Camarines Sur, Bataan

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must be skilled in Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP)
  • Accounting Software Experience: Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is a plus or experience with any accounting software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze daily sales and profit margin reports in Oracle NetSuite to identify trends, patterns, and factors affecting profitability.
  • Validate and verify product costs, pricing data, and vendor management reports (VMR) to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Review and validate report data to support demand planning and inventory management.
  • Generate weekly and ad hoc sales reports for multiple SKUs, highlighting key insights for strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Perform data entry, maintain accurate financial records, and support month-end closing activities in Oracle NetSuite.
  • Retrieve and prepare costing and system reports for management use.
