GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION :

In this role, Candidate will be researching utility billing details on behalf of our clients to determine if variances in data are due to data entry issues or are anomalies in account usage and need further research.

Major Duties and Responsibility

Research and resolve system identified variances for cost and usage anomalies

Update and correct data in our system

Minor Duties and Responsibility

Contacting utility vendors for additional information on usage or cost changes

Other clerical work to support on-time payment of client's invoices

Requirements:

  • Analytic skills for identifying trends and anomalies
  • Strong written and verbal customer service and written skills Computer skills. Candidate should have the ability to:
  • Navigate multiple systems, programs & windows
  • Simultaneously document call notes & customer/vendor interactions

KEY COMPETENCIES :

Understanding of trend analysis Customer service experience
