Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in VM Strategy Execution – Support the Visual Merchandising Manager in implementing seasonal VM guidelines aligned with brand identity and marketing campaigns.
  • Store Display Management – Ensure that mannequins, window displays, in-store layouts, and promotional setups are executed according to company standards.
  • Merchandise Presentation – Oversee product placement, signage, and styling to maximize visual appeal and drive sales.
  • Team Supervision & Training – Guide and train in-store VM staff and sales associates on proper display techniques and brand presentation.
  • Coordination with Departments – Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of promotions and campaigns.
  • Monitoring & Compliance – Conduct regular store visits to check compliance with VM guidelines and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Sales Performance Support – Analyze sales data to identify high-performing and underperforming products, then adjust displays to boost conversion.
  • Store Layout Optimization – Suggest improvements for traffic flow, product zoning, and fixture placement to enhance customer experience.
  • Trend & Competitor Awareness – Keep updated with local and international fashion and retail trends, applying relevant insights to VM execution.
  • Event & Campaign Support – Assist in setting up pop-ups, fashion shows, product launches, and other brand events requiring VM expertise.
