Key Responsibilities:
- Manage student records and registration-related transactions accurately and on time.
- Enter and update student data, grade changes, transfer credits, and class schedules in the system.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of records and information.
- Prepare, process, and distribute diplomas, certificates, caps, and gowns.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to students and staff regarding academic records and graduation requirements.
- Compile honor rolls, president's lists, and other official reports.
- Support the coordination of enrollment, scheduling, and other academic services.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Knowledge of student information systems preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
