Duties and Responsibilities:

Main Tasks

  • Accounts Payable invoice and data entry.
  • Handling payments in an organized and timely manner.
  • Ensuring imaging of invoice supporting documents is timely and accurately performed.
  • Assisting with audit support as necessary.
  • Disburses petty cash by recording entry; verifying documentation.

Others

  • Process and compute professional fees of doctors (Hospitalist and Readers Fee)
  • Sending approved Purchase Order (PO) to supplier
  • Monitoring and posting of deliveries
  • Prepare the Purchase Order for Services

Educational Qualification and Licensures:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any Accounting related course (Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, Financial Accounting)

Professional Experience:

  • At least 1 year(s) experience specialized in Finance-General/Cost Accounting or equivalent

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
  • Must be highly motivated, detail oriented and able to work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of accounts payable and general accounting procedures
  • Knowledge of Bizbox preferred but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
