ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Supplier Inventory Specialist is responsible for ensuring all supplier inventory data is accurately standardized and consistently updated in GoMaterials systems. This role will lead the execution of data integrity processes, maintaining accuracy, consistency and compliance with company data standards. Strong attention to detail and passion for clean, organized data are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review supplier inventory uploads in excel and csv formats for accuracy, completeness and compliance with GoMaterials data standards (naming conventions, categories, size/spec formatting, etc.).
  • Review Product name and details between our company product inventory and our supplier's product inventory for mismatches and error detection.
  • Conducts audits of data; flag and correct discrepancies such as duplicates, missing values or mis classified products.
  • Validate that plant data is properly researched to match correct categories, packaging types and size terms applied.
  • Apply excel skills to find and clean up data efficiently and effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 years of experience in Data procedures, Data administration and Data Integrity.
  • Advance skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in using other data management tools will be a HUGE Advantage
  • Critical thinker with strong attention to details.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your work.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php75, Php90,000.00 per month
