Finance and Inventory Analyst

The Finance and Inventory Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, managing inventory levels, and providing insights to optimize financial performance and inventory management. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities:

· Record invoices and manage financial transactions using Xero accounting software

· Perform variance analysis to identify and explain differences between planned and actual transactions

· Run the weekly Sales Report

· Maintain Regulatory Registers for internal records and external reporting

· Support in reconciling inventory

· Perform data entry tasks

· Provide general AP and AR support

· Assist with payroll processes

· Support forecasting activities.

· Assist with Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) analysis

· Other duties as required

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum 2 year of experience in finance and inventory management.

· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.

· Advanced knowledge of inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
