ACCOUNTING STAFF

  • FEMALE ONLY

  • Preferably living within Manila, Pasay and Makati area (near the office)

  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Yahoo, Gmail)

  • Assists in preparing SSS / Philhealth / Pag-Ibig monthly summaries and reports, as well as monthly payroll, billings

  • Assists in preparation of bank transactions, monthly payables / expenses and deductions

  • Submit reports, summaries and other requirements at AMOSUP

  • Ordering of office supplies, seafarer working clothes and maintenance supplies

  • Other task that may be assigned

  • Polite and courteous

  • Diligent with time and breaks

  • Honest, trustworthy, and serious with the assigned tasks and confidential information about the company and its daily operations

  • Can work unsupervised and independently

  • Can work properly without being told
