DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and other forms of communication.
  • Communicating between the executive and other employees, clients, or stakeholders.
  • Organizing and preparing for meetings, including gathering necessary materials and preparing agendas.
  • Making travel arrangements for the executive, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Conducting research and gathering information for the executive.
  • Handling confidential documents with discretion and security.
  • Assisting with special projects as needed.
  • Processing expense reports and invoices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree in related field
  • Can work in Hybrid Schedule around Alabang, Muntinlupa, Las Pinas
  • Proficient in MS Office esp Excel, Outlook and powerpoint
  • Excellent communications in English verbal and written
  • Discretion, Character Integrity in handling Confidential and Sensitive Information
  • Proven working experience in supporting Senior Management and Executives
  • Can start immediately
