Purchasing Supervisor

Documentation & Compliance Ensure 100% accuracy of product documentation (PR to PO, regulatory, technical files, FDA NN/CPR). Review and validate product artworks, batch coding and labeling in line with ASEAN Cosmetic Directive and company standards. Maintain updated product files, reports and trackers for audits and internal reviews. Product Quality & Development Supervise the development of new and revamped SKUs, from lab samples to market readiness. Ensure finished goods and packaging consistently meet established quality standards. Conduct joint evaluations with QA, Regulatory and Marketing for claim substantiation and compliance. Lead Time & Supplier Management Monitor PR to PO lead times for both imported and locally sourced products. Ensure supplier deliveries are consistently On Time and In Full (OTIF) to support launch timelines. Coordinate with Trade, Logistics and Warehousing to secure efficient order-to-delivery processes, including sea freight. Cost Efficiency Support and implement cost reduction initiatives in packaging, raw materials and marketing supplies. Minimize avoidable costs arising from errors in documentation and compliance. Customer & Trade Satisfaction Monitor and resolve customer complaints through root-cause analysis and corrective action planning. Track and reduce repeat complaint rates through preventive measures. Collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing to ensure accurate execution of testers, swatches and sampling programs. New Product Class Upgrade Drive timely upgrading of new SKUs into higher sales classes (A, B, C) within the first 13 weeks post-launch. Partner with Marketing and Sales to maximize product visibility through promotions, in-store execution and consumer trials. Project & Process Completeness Ensure all product development projects are delivered within agreed milestones and timelines. Guarantee that every new product proposal is supported with a Buying Deck/Callout Guide for Sales, Marketing and Trade Marketing. Oversee storage cleanliness and compliance in product sample rooms and development areas. Lead continuous process improvement initiatives in line with TQM and Six Sigma practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
