•Performs Planned and Unplanned Maintenance activities of all processing machines and equipment.


•Ensures Policy and Standard Operating Procedures in batching RMs are followed.


•Ensures that all raw materials used are based on client formulation with little or no material losses. Compliance to percentage product recovery rate per variant is achieved through due diligence in preparing the RM's until conversion as FG.


•Ensures that batch and weighing scale are verified prior batching operation, using test weights.


•Ensures that finished goods are properly labeled, packed and tagged according to the agreed Standard Operating Procedures.


•Informs the Shift In-Charge and Production Manager of all problems and makes and documents recommendations for modifications needed in the area.


•Ensures to immediately report to his superior any deviation from standards, machine related incidents that may cause delay to operations or to the quality of product.
