The Production Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring packaging machinery to ensure products are correctly packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment. This role supports efficient production flow while maintaining product quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
- Ensure products are packaged accurately and securely according to specifications.
- Inspect packaged goods for quality, labeling accuracy, and damage.
- Perform routine machine cleaning, maintenance, and minor troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate production records including quantities packed and machine performance.
- Follow all safety, hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues promptly.
Job Qualifications :
- 18 to 35 years of age preferred
- At least High school graduate
- With or without experience
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 10 days
Pay: Php600.00 per day
