As a Programmatic Trading Executive, you will support digital advertising campaigns by ensuring accurate implementation, seamless execution, and high-quality performance across multiple media buying platforms. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, manage campaign workflows, and help redefine the global property media landscape.

The Qualifications We Seek:

• 2+ years' experience in Meta Ads Manager and/or other ad-serving platforms.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure campaign accuracy and adherence to procedures.
• General problem-solving skills with a creative mindset.
• Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
• Capacity to work productively in a fast-paced and agile environment.

Your Daily Tasks:

• Bring exceptional attention to detail to campaign execution and ensure accuracy in operational processes.
• Monitor and enforce campaign management business rules.
• Ensure creative quality by applying standard policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders.
• Manage campaign timelines and deliverables across stakeholders.
• Handle creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artefacts, and documentation for campaign launch.
• Execute campaign QA to ensure accurate implementation, pacing, and performance.
• Act as liaison between external customers, sales, and operational teams.
• Participate in WIPs and meetings as needed.
• Proactively drive knowledge sharing, innovation, and efficiencies in the Programmatic Trading Operations team.
