The Qualifications We Seek
- 2+ years' experience trading media using Demand Side Platforms
- Minimum 12 months' experience with enterprise DSP platforms - specifically Yahoo, The Trade Desk, and/or AdForm. Experience with Meta Business Manager a plus
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Solutions-focused mindset to handle complex challenges
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment (#gsd - get stuff done)
Your Daily Tasks
- Work with the Programmatic Trading Manager and Head of Programmatic and Advertising Operations to develop & execute bidding, targeting, and inventory trading strategies across Display, Audio, Video & Social Media
- Collaborate with the Sales team to deliver targeted and effective Audience Extension solutions
- Partner with Programmatic Trading Executives to implement, QA, and troubleshoot ad campaigns via DSP platforms & other ad tech solutions
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and documentation for smooth launches
- Acquire creative assets, insertion orders, and campaign artifacts in preparation for campaign launch
- Implement strict QA processes to ensure accurate campaign setup, pacing, and results
- Provide expert recommendations to clients regarding audience targeting and creative strategy
- Ensure transparency and accessibility of campaign information across customers and stakeholders
